[EN] The invention relates to novel yeasts which are effective for the expression and production of commercial heterologous proteins, enabling the secretion thereof to the medium by means of controlled autolysis. The invention is advantageous in that (i) natural lysis takes place, without causing any other type of cellular alterations as happens in other methods, and (ii) cell breakage is induced, thereby preventing any physical treatment method that would otherwise be necessary in order to break the cell wall of the yeast and release the contents thereof. The invention also relates to the method of producing said yeasts and to the applications thereof.
