Abstract

[EN] The invention relates to empty capsids of the virus that causes infectious bursal disease (IBDV), comprising the assembly of proteins which are derived from protein pVP2 of IBDV, of different sizes. The aforementioned capsids can be used in the production of vaccines and in the preparation of vectors for gene therapy.

[ES] Las cápsidas vacías del virus causante de la enfermedad de la bursitis infecciosa (IBDV) están constituidas por ensamblaje de proteínas derivadas de la proteína pVP2 de IBDV, de distinto tamaño y tienen aplicación en la producción de vacunas y en la elaboración de vectores para terapia génica.
