Abstract

[ES] Se establece el planteamiento científico sobre la Remodelación de Barrios en Madrid (metodología, conceptualización, fuentes documentales) abordado desde la óptica de la calidad de vida o bienestar. Se examina la importancia de estos aspectos para un análisis del proceso de remodelación en cada barrio.

[EN] We study the scientific exposition about urban rebuild in Madrid (methodology, conceptual aspects, documentary sources) analyzed from a point of view of quality of life or social well-being. We examine the relevancy of this question in order to study procedure of rebuilding in each district.
