Catálogo de la flora vascular de la cuenca alta del río Subachoque (Cundinamarca, Colombia)

Abstract

Se presenta el catálogo de las plantas vasculares de la cuenca alta del río Subachoque, situada al occidente de la Sabana de Bogotá (municipios de Subachoque, El Rosal y Madrid) que consta de 155 familias, 537 géneros y 1008 especies; 834 de ellas silvestres (incluidas 124 naturalizadas) y 174 cultivadas. La base de este trabajo fueron las recolecciones efectuadas en la región por un período de más de ocho años, información que se complementó con las colecciones históricas previamente conocidas. Las familias más diversas en la flora silvestre de la región son Asteraceae (59 géneros/115 especies), Orchidaceae (24/78) y Poaceae (29/52). Como novedades corológicas relevantes, se incluyen algunas plantas nativas recientemente registradas para Colombia, así Eubrachion ambiguum (Eremolepidaceae), Greigia albo-rosea (Bromeliaceae), Festuca sodiroana y F. ulochaeta (Poaceae), y también otras plantas adventicias no previamente (o escasamente) registradas para Colombia, como es el caso de especies de los géneros de Asteraceae (Cirsium, Crepis, Senecio, Sylibum), Campanulaceae (Triodanis), Caryophyllaceae (Sagina, Stellaria), Fabaceae (Medicago, Melilotus, Vicia), Iridaceae (Crocosmia, Gladiolus, Watsonia), Linaceae (Linum), Papaveraceae (Fumaria), Poaceae (Brachypodium, Briza, Polypogon, Vulpia), Polygonaceae (Persicaria, Polygonum), Scrophulariaceae (Nuttallanthus, Verbascum) y Urticaceae (Soleirolia). La lista comentada incluye para cada especie información sobre hábito, hábitat, distribución, origen y una colección testigo.
