Abstract

La elaboración de este documento, aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros el pasado 3 de mayo de 2023, ha sido liderada por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación y ha sido coordinada a nivel técnico por la Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT). En la redacción de sus compromisos han participado el Ministerio de Universidades, la Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI), la Agencia Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación (ANECA), el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) a través de su Unidad de Recursos de Información Científica para la Investigación (URICI), el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII), la Conferencia de Rectores de las Universidades Españolas (CRUE), la Alianza de Centros de Excelencia Severo Ochoa y Unidades María de Maeztu (SOMMA), la Secretaría de Estado de Digitalización e Inteligencia Artificial (SEDIA) y un grupo de expertas/os nacionales en ciencia abierta.
