Las flotas de arrastre, palangre y volanta que faenan al fresco en aguas de África Noroccidental efectúan la totalidad de sus descargas en los puertos del litoral andaluz. Las especies objetivo de esta flota son: Merluza europea (Merluccius merluccius Linnaeus, 1758); Merluza senegalesa (Merluccius senegalensis Cadenat, 1950); Merluza negra (Merluccius cadenati Doutre, 1960) y la gamba blanca (Parapenaeus longirostris Lucas, 1816)). En el presente informe se analizan los datos de capturas, esfuerzo, distribuciones de tallas y parámetros biológicos de estas especies, obtenidas para el período 1983-1988 por dichas flotas.
Trawl, longline and gillnet fleets, actually working in Northwest Africa's water (Morocco, Mauritanie and Senegal) make their landing in the Andalusian fishing ports. The main species of this fleet are: European hake (Merluccius merluccius Linnaeus, 1758); Senegalese hake (Merluccius senegalensis Cadenat, 1950); (Merluccius cadenati Doutrem 1960) and Deepwater roseshrimp (Parapenaeus longirostris Lucas, 1848). This report present the data of catch, effort, lenght distributions and biological parameter of these species during 1983-1988 .
