Abstract

[ES] La presente invención se refiere al silenciamiento especifico de las a (alfa), B(beta), y (gamma) y co (omega)gliadinas de trigo duro y harinero mediante RNA de interferencia (ARNi) por medio del empleo de un polinucIeótido que se transcribe a un hpRNA (hairpin RNA). Además, la presente invención también se refiere a un vector, célula, planta o semilla que comprenden el polinucIeótido, cuya expresión se dirige de forma especifica en tejidos concretos de las semillas de trigo mediante secuencias reguladoras de la expresión génica como por ejemplo, el promotor de un gen de y-gliadinas o el promotor del gen que codifica para una D-hordeina.

[EN] The present invention relates to the specific silencing ofthe a (alpha), B(beta), y (gamma) and co (omega)-gliadins of hard wheat for flour by RNA interference (RNAi) through employment of a polynucIeotide which is transcribed into an hpRNA (hairpin RNA). Furthermore the present invention additionally relates to a vector, cell, plant or seed comprising the polynucIeotide, the expression whereof is specifically directed in particular tissues of wheat seeds through gene expressionregulating sequences such as, for example, the promoter of a gene of y-gliadins or the promoter of the gene encoding for a Dhordein.-meta
