Compact, hybrid and integrated gamma/rf system used to form simultaneous pet or spect and mr images

Abstract

[EN] The invention relates to a compact, hybrid and integrated gamma/RF system which is used to form simultaneous PET or SPECT and MR images, comprising a gamma/RF device inc1uding an RF coil of the type used in traditional MR systems, and gamma radiation detection modules of the type used in PET or SPECT systems, such as to produce combined images using PET or SPECT and MR techniques.
