Abstract

Composición y procedimiento para extraer b-lactoglobulina de muestras procesadas y no procesadas y método de inmunoensayo para b-lactoglobulina. Composición y procedimiento para extraer beta-lactoglobulina de muestras y un método de inmunoensayo para el análisis de beta-lactoglobulina (b-lactoglobulina, b- LG). Se refiere a una composición y un procedimiento para extraer la b-lactoglobulina (b-LG) existente en productos, que consiste en el empleo de una mezcla de un agente disruptor de puentes disulfuro y un agente desnaturalizante en un tampón de pH neutro o ligeramente básico, seguido por una etapa de tratamiento con una solución salina. Pueden ser empleados para extraer -LG contenida en muestras de distintos orígenes sometidas o no a distintos procesos, como etapa previa a su análisis mediante inmunoensayo. Dicho método es válido para el análisis de productos, en particular para los destinados a personas alérgicas a -LG. La invención se refiere tambiénal análisis de b-LG y en especial al análisis mediante inmunoensayo y más concretamente mediante un ensayo en inmunoadsorbentes con detección enzimática (ELISA).
