Device used for multiple experimental test on solid materials and a flow control system.

Abstract

[EN]The invention relates to a system and method for the experimental testing of multiple solid catalysts, under controlled conditions in terms of temperature, supply fluid composition and flow rates, and measurements which can be used to perform a reliable comparison of catalytic activities between different catalytic materials, even in catalyst deactivation conditions. The invention can also be used to carry out different chemical and/or physical treatments or processes on numerous solid materials. Moreover, the invention relates to a novel system of switching fluids in a system of conduits, thereby enabling the flow of fluid through each of said conduits to be controlled. The invention is characterised in that it relates to a sampling and rapid quantitative analysis system and method which make possible the continuous sequential analysis of the composition of the reaction products from each performance of the reactor.
