System for expressing proteins in the rhizosphere of plants and method for building said system.

Abstract

[EN]The expression system contains a DNA construction comprising a sequence of nucleic acid with functionality in response to root and seed exudates and a DNA sequence coding for a protein of interest, said DNA sequence that codes for a protein of interest being operationally bonded to said DNA molecule. The expression system makes it possible to express the protein of interest in the rhizosphere of plants. The system can be used in agriculture, in the biological control of pests and in the restoration of the root zone in contaminated soils. [ES] El sistema de expresión contiene una construcción de ADN que comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico con funcionalidad en respuesta a exudados de raíces y semillas y una secuencia de ADN que codifica una proteína de interés, estando dicha secuencia de ADN que codifica una proteína de interés operativamente enlazada a dicha molécula de ADN. El sistema de expresión permite expresar la proteína de interés en la rizosfera de las plantas. De aplicación en Agricultura, en biocontrol de plagas y en rizorremediación de suelos contaminados.
