Tópicos de control automático para sistemas de celdas de combustible

Abstract

Se presentan tópicos de control automático para sistemas autónomos de celdas de combustible. Se destacan ciertos aspectos a tener en cuenta en el proceso de modelado de un sistema de celdas de combustible, las características de los sensores y actuadores presentes en un equipo de prueba y los problemas de control inherentes a los procesos de humidificación, calefacción, refrigeración y oxigenación de las celdas. Finalmente se dan los lineamientos a seguir en un proceso general de automatización, particularmente en el control de lazo cerrado del subsistema de respiración. El mismo, correctamente controlado, brinda un nivel de oxigenación adecuado al cátodo, evitando su inanición y posibilitando maximizar la eficiencia de conversión de energía. Esta es una propuesta previamente desarrollada por los autores que resuelve un problema de importancia presente en sistemas de celdas de combustible PEM alimentadas por hidrógeno presurizado y turbo-compresores de aire.
