Control de la respuesta dinámica de la tensión generada y del suministro de aire en sistemas basados en pilas de combustible tipo PEM

Abstract

El Control Predictivo de Matriz Dinámica (DMC) es utilizado con el objetivo de conseguir un control multivariable de un sistema compuesto por una pila de combustible tipo PEM alimentada por un compresor de aire, actuando la corriente de carga como perturbación al sistema. Las variables controladas son la tensión generada por la pila de combustible y la proporción de oxígeno en exceso en el cátodo. Se propone utilizar como variables de control a la tensión de alimentación del compresor de aire y a la apertura de la válvula que cierra la salida de aire del cátodo. El control DMC resuelve eficazmente el problema de interacción que existe entre las variables controladas y las variables manipuladas. Se muestra la conveniencia de utilizar la medición de la corriente de pila de combustible en el algoritmo de control para mejorar la respuesta dinámica del sistema, especialmente la respuesta de la tensión generada. Esto se traslada en una mejora de la eficiencia del sistema. Los resultados de simulación muestran un control eficiente del sistema con buena respuesta dinámica y un esfuerzo de control reducido.
