Le raisin de table de la variété "Aledo" de Novelda ( Alicante ) a été entreposée au froid ,avec application de CO2 comme fongicide contre "Botrytis", sous forme de prétraitemets , chocs ou en atmosphère contrôlée. On provoque un enrichissement en acides due à la fixation de CO2 par les tissus, a partir de 60 jours d'entreposage. On confirme le problème des brunissements superficiel, qui affectent la qualité commerciale mais qu'ils sont efficaces pour le contrôle du "Botrytis cinerea" si préalablement sont traités par fumigation de thiabendazole.
