Se estudia el efecto fungistático del anhídrido carbónico, a concentraciones de 15-20% CO2 en choques aplicados inicialmente y al mes de la conservación de 3,5 meses a 0ºC, en sustitución del anhídrido sulfuroso típico fungicida contra Botrytis, en uva de mesa de las variedades comerciales "Aledo", "Ohanes" y "Napoleón", así como su comparación con atmósfera modificada (AM) de 4-5% CO2, manteniendo un lote control a 85-90% h.r..Si bien se ha logrado controlar la podredumbre gris,en esas altas concentraciones de 15-20% CO2, sin embargo se detectan pardeamientos superficiales en las variedades blancas que deprecian la calidad comercial, mientras la AM 4-5%CO2 evita los pardeamientos pero reduce el control de "Botrytis cinerea"
Constitutye el primer trabajo de aplicación de CO2 en forma de choques a altas concentraciones , para uva de mesa.
