Abstract

Capa catalítica para la activación de oxígeno sobre electrolitos sólidos iónicos a alta temperatura. La presente invención se refiere a una capa porosa catalítica para la activación de oxígeno que puede ser utilizada en pilas de combustible de óxidos sólidos (SOFC) y en membranas cerámicas densas de separación de oxígeno de alta temperatura. Esta capa porosa está formada principalmente por un material conductor mixto de electrones y del ión oxígeno y posee una estructura seleccionada entre estructuras del tipo perovskita simple, perovskita doble o estructuras relacionadas con la perovskita, es decir: estructuras del tipo Ruddlesden-Popper, Dion-Jacobson y Aurivillius.
