Abstract

Contiene: 1) Conceptos para el análisis: ¿Qué es la eficiencia? Los balances del agua como solución. La productividad del agua. 2) Las consecuencias de la modernización: El caso de Riegos del Alto Aragón. 3) Conclusiones: La modernización de infraestructuras es necesaria, pero no suficiente para mejorar la rentabilidad.Hay que modernizar también la gestión económicofinanciera, comercial, agronómica y del agua. Hace falta capitalizar las explotaciones en recursos económicos, pero también en talento.
