[ES]El Valle del Jerte se encuentra en el extremo oriental del sector extreme?o-salmatino del Sistema Central. Las piezas fundamentales del Sistema en este sector occidental, de este a oeste, son las Sierras de B?jar, Pe?a de Francia y Gata. Son los eslabones que forman el enlace serrano entre la gran mole de Gredos y las Sierras lusitanas. La distinci?n responde a realidades morfol?gicas: son piezas bien diferenciadas mediante bloques longitudinales m?s o menos levantados.
[EN]Jerte Valley is at the eastern end of Extremadura-salmatino sector of the Central System. The fundamental parts of the system in the western sector, from east to west are the Sierra de B?jar, Pe?a de Francia and Gata. Are the links that form the link between the great mountain mass of the Sierra de Gredos and Lusitanian. The morphological distinction responds to realities: they are distinct parts by longitudinal blocks more or less raised.
