[EN] Victimal justice focuses objectively on justice that is owed to victims. That implies that justice cannot be carried out without them, without taking into account the damage and injustices inflicted upon them; damage which, in the case of terrorism, is multiple, since it is violence that carried out with political intent and therefore transcends to people. Victimal justice therefore overhauls the traditional devaluation of the testimony of the victim, the account of damage caused to him, and looks upon them as the simple demands of justice, which has only been considered from the point of view of the crime, understood here as an attack against authority or the rule of law. More importance was given to infringement of the law than to the victims.
[EU] Biktimekiko justiziak, zentzu objektiboan, biktimei zor zaien justizia du ardatz. Hortaz, ezin da justiziarik egin haiek gabe eta haiei egindako kalteak edo bidegabekeriak kontuan hartu gabe. Terrorismoaren kasuan, kalte horiek askotarikoak dira, intentzio politikoko indarkeria bat denez, kalteak pertsonetara zabaltzen baitira. Hori dela-eta, biktimekiko justiziak aurre egiten dio biktimaren testigantzak eta jasandako kalteen kontaketak duen balioaren ohiko debaluazioari, hala nola justizia eskaerei. Izan ere, horiek delituaren ikuspuntutik soilik hartu dira kontuan, agintaritzaren edo legearen inperioaren aurkakotzat ulertuta. Lege-hausteari garrantzi gehiago ematen zitzaion biktimei baino.
