La guerra del aceite y la lechuza

Abstract

El aceite ha sido considerado un producto con valores muy positivos a lo largo de la historia. Se analizan algunos de sus usos y simbología en culturas antiguas, así como la importancia que tiene en la actualidad como alimento beneficioso para la salud. Se concluye con la idea de la relación existente entre los valores alimenticios reales y los simbólicos.
