[ES] El olivo, árbol fuertemente vinculado a la cultura mediterránea, ha sido, a lo largo de la historia del arte español, fuente inagotable de inspiración para nuestros artistas. Y así ocurrirá durante el siglo XX, en el que numerosos pintores españoles −entre ellos Picasso, Miró y Dalí− siguieron representando en sus obras este árbol tan benéfico.
[EN] The olive is a tree strongly linked to the Mediterranean culture and it has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for our artists throughout the history of Spanish art. So,during the twentieth century, many Spanish painters −including Picasso, Miró and Dali− have continued representing this beneficial tree in their works.
