[ESP] Se han utilizado las series de n-alcanos e isoprenóides aciclicos para caracterizar los paleoambientes deposicionales de diferentes sedimentos eocenos del borde oriental de la Depresión del Ebro. Nuestros resultados concuerdan con las interpretaciones paleoambientales establecidas en base a criterios paleontológicos y sedimentológicos. Se observa una clara predominancia de los nalcanos con numero par de átomos de carbono en el intervalo C,,-C,, en todas las muestras marinas estudiadas, lo que es evidencia de actividad bacteriana sedimentaria.
[ENG] The series of n-alkanes and acyclic isoprenoids are used to characterize the depositional paleoenvironments of different Eocene sediments of the eastern Ebro Basin margin. Our results are in accordance with valeoenvironmental interuretations established on the basis of ~aleontologicala nd ~edimentolo~iccarli teria. These is a clear dominance of even-carbon number Con-C,, nalkanes appeared in al1 the marine samples studied, whichaffords an evidence of the sedimentary bacteria1 activity.
