Abstract

El trematodo digéneo Dicrocoelium dendriticum (Rudolphi) es la especie responsable en la Península Ibérica la dicroceliosis, parasitosis muy frecuente en rumiantes. Con el fin de contribuir al conocimiento del comportamiento de este parásito y de sus hospedadores en el proceso de transmisión, presentamos los resultados del estudio histológico realizado en el complejo glándula digestiva gónada de moluscos gasterópodos, sometidos a infestación experimental mediante la ingestión de huevos con miracidios del mencionado trematodo. Para este trabajo se han elegido Cernuella (Xeromagna) cespitum arigonis (Schmidt) y Cernuella (Cernuella) virgata (Da Costa), dos hospedadores intermediarios naturales de D. dendriticum en la Península...
