Composition of carbon nanotubes and polymer that can be obtained by means of a method that comprises: sonication of a dispersion of carbon nanotubes in an acid solvent; the addition of monomers to the nanotube dispersion; and the rapid addition of a radical initiator to the previous dispersion of nanotubes and monomer, the resulting mixture being maintained at a temperature of between 0 C and 40 C. The method is implemented with continuous sonication. Not only said composition but also the dispersion thereof in water are useful as components in paints, dyes, printing processes, electronic devices or circuits or in bioapplications.
