Abstract

Se propone la realización de un taller sobre herramientas y métodos de caracterización y estudio “insitu” de la zona no saturada, medio en el que se producen procesos de evapotranspiración y por el que circulan las aguas de recarga hacia el nivel freático. Se centrará en una metodología basada en ensayos de infiltración que permite considerar todas las etapas de caracterización del medio no saturado en campo, y cuya aplicación última sería la obtención de modelos conceptuales de funcionamiento del flujo de agua y transporte de solutos = A workshop about field methods and tools used in unsaturated zone studies is proposed. It is focusedon a methodology based on infiltration measurements in cylinder infiltrometers, but involving every necessary step to characterize the unsaturated zone in field works. The ultimate goal of this methodology is to achieve conceptual models of water flow and solute transport in the unsaturated zone.
