Pyrazole derivatives of fatty acid amides as ppar-alpha receptor specific activators, preparation method thereof and use of same

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel class of pyrazole derivatives of fatty acid amides and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and hydrates thereof, which demonstrate selective affinity for the alpha subtype of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR) and which consequently modulate the actions regulated by said receptors, specifically satiety induction and food intake control, reduction in body mass gain and regulation of fat metabolism.
