Abstract

El la invención se refiere a un método para el diagnóstico y/o el pronóstico del cáncer de pecho, determinando el nivel de expresión del caracol 1 del factor de la transcripción en una muestra biológica aislada de un sujeto y comparando los resultados obtuvo a los valores de referencia. La invención relaciona al uso de los oligonucleótidos de la interferencia Snail1 en la preparación de un fármaco destinado para el tratamiento del cáncer de pecho así como las composiciones farmacéuticas basadas en terapéutico una cantidad eficaz de oligonucleótidos dichos.

The invention relates to a method for the diagnosis and/or prognosis of breast cancer, by determining the expression level of transcription factor Snail 1 in a biological sample isolated from a subject and comparing the results obtained to reference values. The invention relates to the use of Snail1 interference oligonucleotides in the preparation of a drug intended for the treatment of breast cancer as well as pharmaceutical compositions based on a therapeutically effective quantity of said oligonucleotides.
