Abstract

La invención relaciona a un dispositivo comprendiendo una cabeza de la detección del AFM (4) conectada a un controlador de la espectroscopía (9) unido a una tarjeta dato-que obtiene (10) instalada en un ordenador (11) unido a un bloque del tratamiento de DSP (12) conectado a un bloque de la conversión de DAC-ADC (13). La muestra que se analizará (1) es montada en un elemento que oscila (2) colocado en un dispositivo de colocación 3D (3) accionado por un motor y conectada a un sensor de posición (8) que comprende los sensores en tres direcciones. Conectan a un controlador de la imagen (7) a la tarjeta (10), el bloque de la conversión (13), el sensor de posición (8), el dispositivo de colocación (3), el elemento que oscila (2), la cabeza de la detección (4), y el controlador de la espectroscopía (9), y un conjunto que la caja facilita la conexión. La cabeza de la detección (4) está dispuesta en el parte superior de una tabla de la contra-vibración.

The invention relates to a device comprising an AFM detection head (4) connected to a spectroscopy controller (9) linked to a data-obtaining card (10) installed in a computer (11) linked to a DSP processing block (12) connected to a DAC-ADC conversion block (13). The sample to be analysed (1) is mounted on an oscillating element (2) placed on a 3D positioning device (3) driven by a motor and connected to a position sensor (8) comprising sensors in three directions. An image controller (7) is connected to the card (10), the conversion block (13), the position sensor (8), the positioning device (3), the oscillating element (2), the detection head (4), and the spectroscopy controller (9), and an assembly box facilitates the connection. The detection head (4) is arranged in the upper part of an anti-vibration table.
