Abstract

[ES] El objeto principal de la presente invención es un procedimiento para estimar, en tiempo real, la rugosidad superficial de una pieza obtenida mediante un proceso de mecanizado de ultra-precisión. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes operaciones: adquirir la fuerza de corte y la posición de los ejes. - determinar, a partir de los datos adquiridos en la operación anterior, si se está mecanizando una pieza. estimar la rugosidad superficial de la pieza que se está mecanizando.

[EN] The main subject matter of the invention is a method for estimating, in real time, the surface roughness of a part obtained by means of an ultra-precision machining process. Said method comprises the following steps: the cutting force and the position of the axes are acquired; it is determined, from the data acquired in the previous step, whether a part is being machined; and the surface roughness of the part being machined is estimated.
