In this paper we present a study about the development of polar motion equations for Molodensky's Earth Model. In particular, we study the expression of the free frequencies for a model with homogeneous core, comparing with those for a non homogeneous one. For that we consider the theory of Sasao, Okubo and Saito, and we develop a theory for homogeneous core.
