En este trabajo se presenta la caracterización petrográfica mediante Microscopía Óptica (MOP), Microscopía Electrónica de Barrido (SEM) y Análisis Óptico de Imágenes (AOI) de rocas (detríticas y carbonatadas) con potencial para almacenar CO2. En particular, el estudio de los posibles cambios en la configuración del sistema poroso de las rocas estudiadas comparando muestras sin exponer a CO2 con muestras expuestas a CO2+salmuera en autoclave.
