Síntesis de la comunidad islámica de la huertas de Alicante y de Orihuela y del valle del Vinalopó y Crevillent y Elx en la Baja Edad Media: vestidos y signos diferenciadores, el matrimonio y las relaciones prohibidas con cristianos o cristianas. La casa y la segregación en la residencia, los baños, la alimentación, el trabajo agrícola, la recolección de productos que crecían en los yermos, ganadería y otras actividades, la práctica de la religión y las peregrinaciones a santuarios locales (Atzeneta) o a La Meca.
