The aim of this study was to evaluate the evolution of phospholipids and triacylglycerols in Ruditapes decussatus broodstock conditioning under two temperatures, 14°C and 18°C. The phospholipids and triacylglycerols showed different evolution in males and females. In females at 18°C the phospholipids rise was higher than at 14°C, there were no differences in males. The triacylglycerols consumption was higher at 18°C than at 14°C in males, whereas there were no differences in females
