Abstract

Las buenas prácticas en poscosecha de productos hortofrutícolas en fresco, y por ende aún respirando, no bastan si se trata de productos ecológicos, procedentes de Agricultura Ecológica (AE), ya que podrían perder tal condición por el hecho de compartir estancias y tratamientos en la Central Hortofrutícola, a menos que se apliquen determinadas restricciones con la confección de listas de productos de tratamiento y coadyuvantes prohibidos y se respeten disposiciones en lo referente a fluídos frigorígenos y desinfección e higienización de equipos y fluídos de prerrefrigeración,tratamientos gaseosos( CO2,O3,H2O2 vapor, SO2 ) detergentes, ceras, antioxidantes, acidificantes, absorbedores de volátiles y de etileno, e incluso en la tecnología AC, que en su conjunto contribuyen a reducir la respiración ( producción de CO2 ) aumentando el “shelf-life” y ciertamente reduciendo los impactos de cambio climático durante el ciclo vital de los productos ecológicos vegetales, mediante la que proponemos como Tecnología Avanzada de Poscosecha Ecológica ( TAPE ).
