El cine podría equipararse a otros géneros artísticos y también a los géneros literarios, con los que la filosofía debe dialogar incluso para reencontrarse a sí misma. En este sentido, podría guardar sugerentes analogías con la experiencia del sueño, cuestión planteada por Zambrano y abordada en su día de manera explícita por el filósofo francés Edgar Morin
