[EN] This paper tries to give a notion of what has bee during the last years, the development study of the sets of problems in the Latin American countries on the inside of the Germany Gogrphy and United States, through a bibliographic study on the topic, made in geography magazines in thesse countries and published during the last fifteen years (1980-1994).
