Gobernanza de la sociedad europea de la información

Abstract

Este artículo centra su atención en los planes eEurope e i2010, considerándolos como acciones de gobernanza de la sociedad europea de la información. En ese marco, se repasan los planes surgidos a partir de la agenda de Lisboa 2000, eEurope 2002 y eEurope 2005, y se expone el plan i2010, que supone un considerable giro con respecto a los planes eEurope y pretende crear un espacio único europeo de la información para el quinquenio 2005-2010. Se aporta, asimismo, un marco conceptual para caracterizar la sociedad de la información.
