Abstract

Síntesis de los orígenes de la Generalitat de Catalunya, la diputación permanente de las Cortes, que de comisión temporal durante la guerra de Castilla contra la Corona catalano-aragonesa (guerra de los dos Pedros) se convirtió poco a poco en permanente; estudia los primeros tiempos de su actuación y las causas que llevaron a su consolidación, especialmente la deuda pública emitida.
