El trabajo estudia el exilio de la reina Leonor de Chipre a su país de origen. Nieta de Jaime II de Aragón y prima-hermana del Ceremonioso, en 1353 había contraído matrimonio con Pedro de Lusignan, conde de Trípoli y príncipe heredero de Chipre que ordenó su exilio de la isla en 1380. Se analizan las propiedades de Leonor en Catalunya así como las estrategias puestas en marcha a través de procuradores (catalanes y chipriotas) en aras de recuperar su dote y las rentas de sus propiedades en Chipre.
