Abstract

La dicroceliosis, enfermedad causada por el trematodo hepático Dicrocoelium dendriticum (RUDOLPHI, 1819) LOOSS, 1899, es una parasitosis muy frecuente en rumiantes en la Peninsula Ibérica y otras partes del mundo. Debido a la escasez de investigaciones experimentales sobre esta trematodosis, iniciamos un amplio estudio, tanto en hospedadores intermediarios como defmitivos, con el fin de ampliar el conocimiento sobre la transmisión, diagnóstico y alteraciones patológicas que causa dicho parásito en los hospedadores. No obstante, en esta comunicación se resumen únicamente los resultados correspondientes a los parámetros hemáticos y coprológicos, asi como a la recuperación de vermes en corderos infectados experimentalmente con D. dendriticum...
