Abstract

[ES] Partículas de frita de hexametafosfato de sodio activadas y molturadas y material compuesto antimicrobiano que comprende dichas partículas de frita de hexametafosfato de sodio activadas y molturadas embebidas en un polímero termoplástico como polietileno de baja densidad (LDPE). La invención tambiénincluye el procedimiento de obtención del material compuesto de la invención y un procedimiento de activación térmica de una sal de hexametafosfato de sodio para dar lugar a las partículas de frita de hexametafosfato de sodio activadas y molturadas. El material antimicrobiano de la invención se utiliza preferentemente en la industria alimentaria

[EN] The invention relates to activated and ground partícles ofsodium hexametaphosphate frit andan antimicrobial composite material comprising said activated and ground particles of sodium hexametaphosphate frit embedded in a thermoplastic polymer such as low density polyethylene (LDPE). The invention also relates to the method for obtaining the composite material according to the invention and a method for the thermal activation of a sodium hexametaphosphate salt in order to generate the activated and ground partí eles ofsodium hexametaphosphate frit. The antimicrobial material according to the invention is used preferably inthe food industry
