[EN] A microfluidic device for SERS sensing is described herein. A device for performing surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) in a microfluidic channel is described. The device comprises a cell made of a flexible and compressible material with an optical window, adapters and pumping means for controlling the flow through the microfluidic cell. The device which is the subject matter of the invention described in the application uses said adapters such that the optical window allows the passage of light while continuously regulating the size ofthe microfluidic channel through which the sample carrier solution is continuously passed by means of a system that applies pressure to the walls of the channel
