Abstract

Processo para a obterqáo de nano particulas de fosfato de calcio amorfo , revestidas com citrato , dopadas com fluor . este material tem aplicaqoes em biomedicina devido á sua biodegradabilidade e bicatividade, promove também a adesao celular e a osteogeraqao . na odontologia , pode ser utilizado em pastas de dentes , elixires bucais , gomas de mascar , géis e vernizes fluoretados como agente remineraliizante da dentina e do esmalte. baseia-se em duas soluqoes formadas por cloreto de calcio e citrato de sódio , por-um lado, e por mono-hidrogenofosfato de sódio e carbonato de sódio com um de composto fluoreto , por, que sao misturados á temperatura ambiente . o processo é ecoeficiente e ecologicamente correto, pois nao o deixa resíduos ácidos, consiste de único estágio e é a primeira vez que é obtido um fosfato de cálcio amorfo revestido com citrato e dopado com flúor, que aumenta sua aqao remineralizante
