Presentamos un estudio de la situación de las científicas del área de Ciencia y Tecnologías Físicas en el CSIC. El estudio incluye datos numéricos en cuanto a presencia porcentual de mujeres en las distintas escalas y comisiones de evaluación, así como testimonios personales, reflexiones y consideraciones generales. Se pone de manifiesto el bajo porcentaje de investigadoras en este Área
