Abstract

FR] L'invention concerne un peptide comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID NO : 1 ou un variant de celle-ci, capable d'inhiber la signalisation IL13/IL13Rα2. L'invention concerne également une protéine de fusion, une nanoparticule, une particule de type virus et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ledit peptide, ainsi que leur utilisation dans le traitement d'un cancer caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une expression accrue d'IL13Rα2, ou dans le traitement de l'asthme, de la dermatite atopique ou de la fibrose, ou dans la prévention de la progression métastatique d'un cancer caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une expression accrue d'IL13Rα2

[EN] The invention relates to a peptide comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or a variant thereof capable of inhibiting IL 13/IL 13Rα2 signalling. The invention also relates to a fusion protein, nanoparticle, virus-like particle and pharmaceutical composition comprising said peptide, and to their use for treating a cancer characterized by having increased expression of IL 13Rα2, or for treating asthma, ato pie dermatitis or fibrosis, or for preventing the metastatic progression of a cancer characterized by having increased expression of IL 13Rα2
