Peptide IL13Rα2 et ses utilisations

Abstract

The invention relates to a peptide comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or a variant thereof capable of inhibiting IL 13/IL 13Rα2 signalling. The invention also relates to a fusion protein, nanoparticle, virus-like particle and pharmaceutical composition comprising said peptide, and to their use for treating a cancer characterized by having increased expression of IL 13Rα2, or for treating asthma, ato pie dermatitis or fibrosis, or for preventing the metastatic progression of a cancer characterized by having increased expression of IL 13Rα2
