Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al uso de un conjunto de miRNAs transportados en exosomas plasmáticos en la obtención de datos útiles para diagnosticar telangiectasia hemorrágica hereditaria, así como para su clasificación en HHT de tipo 1 o HHT de tipo 2. También se describe un kit para llevar a cabo un método de diagnóstico in vitro que emplea los datos obtenidos. [ES]

The present invention relates to the use of an array of miRNAs transported by plasma exosomes for the obtaining of data of use for the diagnosis of hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia, and for its classification as type 1 HHT or type 2 HHT. A kit for the performance of a method of in vitro diagnosis employing the data obtained is also disclosed. [EN]
