Amines derived from 2-benzyl-5-nitroindazole with antiprotozoal properties against trypanosoma, leishmania and trichomonas

Abstract

[EN] The invention relates to three families of amines derived from 5-nitroindazole [1-(aminoalkyl)indazolinones, 3-(aminoalkoxy) indazoles and 3-(alkylamino)indazoles] that have antiprotozoal properties, and to the use thereof for the production of drugs, preferably for the treatment of infections caused by pathogenic protozoa from the Trypanosomatidae and Trichomonadidae families, such as Chagas disease, leishmaniasis and trichomoniasis
