Abstract

Síntesis de la zeolita cha en su forma nanocristalina, procedimiento de síntesis y su uso en aplicaciones catalíticas. La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de síntesis del silicoaluminato con estructura zeolítica CHA en su forma nanocristalina, que puede comprender, al menos, los siguientes pasos: i) Preparación de una mezcla que contenga, al menos, agua, una zeolita con la estructura cristalina FAU, como puede ser la zeolita Y, como única fuente de silicio y aluminio, y una molécula orgánica capaz de dirigir la formación de la zeolita CHA (ADEO1) donde ADEO1 puede ser cualquier molécula orgánica capaz de dirigir la cristalización de la zeolita CHA, y donde la composición molar de la mezcla de síntesis puede ser la siguiente: SiO2: a Al2O3:b ADEO1 : c H2O; ii) Cristalización de la mezcla obtenida en (i) en un reactor; y iii) Recuperación del material cristalino obtenido en (ii).
