Recubrimiento antiadherente

Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un recubrimiento antiadherente libre de líquidos de impregnación y cuya superficie está caracterizada por ser superhidrófoba y superdeslizante, presentar rugosidad micrométrica y carecer de partículas nanométricas. El recubrimiento está fabricadoíntegramente con compuestos listados en la lista positiva de legislación alimentaria europea. Además, la presente invención se refiere a un material que comprende dicho recubrimiento y un sustrato sólido, donde dicho sustrato sólido puede ser un envase, un contenedor, un elemento de agitación o un elemento de trasiego. Por último, la presente invención se LO refiere al procedimiento de obtención de dicho material.
